Mike Prestidge LMT

Mike Prestidge has been a licensed therapist since 2005. The massage he offers is a blend of many different techniques including Swedish, acupressure (Shiatsu), Craniosacral, Lymphatic drainage, and Myofascial release among many others. Through continuing education, Mike has also learned a great deal about how to use massage to treat ailments such as migraines, restless leg syndrome, and injuries.

He started a career in massage therapy because he “enjoys helping people rid themselves of needless pain and stress.” Maintaining a comfortable atmosphere is one of his priorities along with ensuring a focus on his guest’s most tense areas. He would tell you that his specialties are neck/head/shoulders, relaxation, and aromatherapy. When the daily hustle and bustle is bearing down on you, book your next massage with Mike, you’ll be glad you did.
