Alex Agudo

Body remix/ Bellicon Rebounding

With over 14 years of combined experience in yoga, pilates, fitness and dance. Alex, began his teaching career in high school, being an apprentice for his fitness, wellness, and pilates coach. In his senior year after completing his apprenticeship, he began the pilates and yoga club, encouraging his classmates to be healthy. He then travelled and lived in South America,  close to four years, studying dance and fitness, from several masters. After a serious injury to his tail bone, Alex looked for a way to get well, while recouping from the injury, he discovered the Bellicon rebounding method. . He truly believes, in the healing and strength benefits Bellicon provides the body, so much so he incorporates it into his fitness classes.

Alex has designed all his classes to make sure everyone comes out succefully learning and appreciating each form of Art. Alex mixes both forms to create "Body Remix". This class mixes, intense cardio, core exercises, Brazilian butt work outs, capoeira moves, Pilates moves, upper body moves, and many other dancer workouts. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and Alex guarantees no two days will be alike. All levels are welcome, so be ready to sweat and never be bored.

Adult/Children's art instructor

For over 7 years, I have been teaching Pilates, a mind-body exercise method that was created by Joseph Pilates more than 85 years ago. Pilates is suitable for all bodies at every stage of life and is a modifiable system of more than 500 exercises performed on a mat or using specialized equipment with spring based resistance, called The Cadillac, Reformer and Chair all designed by Joseph himself.

I work with a range of clients from elite athletes, people recovering from injuries and those interested in building conditioning programs. My clients improve core strength, flexibility, posture and release tension, all while toning the entire body.

I hold a certification in STOTT PILATES®, the cadillac of all Pilates trainings and a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, STOTT PILATES® incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.

Kristina Magcamit-Yoga

Kristina has practiced yoga on and off for the past 4 years, but never developed a truly consistent practice until she moved to Chicago from Southern California in 2015. She was drawn to yoga because she loved its emphasis on living in the present moment. Fresh out of law school, Kristina realized that she had a bad habit of sacrificing herself for others and not taking proper time for herself. While she initially enrolled in yoga teacher training just to deepen her physical yoga practice, she emerged from it with a deepened life practice, as she learned how to apply yoga principles to her daily life to achieve a healthier work/life/spiritual/mental/social/physical balance.  Her goal as a yoga instructor is to empower her fellow yogis of all levels (because all yogis are lifelong beginners!) to find their own yoga practice, whatever that means for them, in a safe, fun, and quirky way!

Magnolia Diamond - Yoga

Magnolia has always had a yogic spirit. Even before training to become a yoga teacher, strangers would ask if she was one. Since getting certified, she's developed her own style that she's excited to share with others--a unique combination of yoga with elements of mediation, which she taught in Poland.  She believes that our body and mind are connected and that through yoga we can better understand ourselves and what's good for us.  She's  seen yoga change her own body: making it stronger, toned, and elastic. As an instructor she hopes to bring you back to your body, helping you develop self-love and a deep connection with your inner self.

Namaste :)
