Rebounding

Various exercises on the trampoline gives your body what it needs. It provides the kind of movement and stimulation required for your body to function properly, to keep you healthy, alert, and energetic. Your heart and lungs need it to maintain or improve their strength and capacity, and to give you energy and endurance. Your bones need it to stay strong and to prevent losing density and becoming brittle as you grow older. Your immune system needs it to flush out toxins and waste from your body to keep you healthy, alert, and vigorous. Low impact on your joints, helps with balance, and coordination. Leo or Alex will guide you through each exercise.   Your core will feel stronger, you will become more toned, and have more endurance.  Every level is welcome!

Who should benefit from yoga, body remix, rebounding, or a group fitness class? The simple answer is, everyone. These classes are not only for the young. It is a low intensity workout making it perfectly suitable for the elderly. You can adapt the poses to what is comfortable for your body. If you are suffering from joint stiffness, pain in the body, or need to improve the quality of your breathing, then our classes are highly recommended. The trick is to find a supportive and encouraging instructor. You can find such instructors, experts in yoga, body remix, and group fitness in Chicago's South Loop at our reputable L&A Healing Studio "The Art Of Well-being".

 

The list of benefits of these classes are practically endless, promoting physical, emotional and mental health. Yes, you will maintain a beautiful looking body, but you will also increase your endurance and overall fitness, develop discipline, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, clear your mind,  destress, feel more energized, and confident.
